Digital camera Review: Awesome, and at a good price

I purchased this unit about a week ago and it seems to do what it claims to do. I don't hear or see any interference/noise over my home entertainment system as I sometimes did with my old setup (some cheapo surge protectors). Also, I'll echo the statement of the other reviewer -- this thing *IS* a beast: it's probably three feet long, but it is pretty slim so you can easily keep it behind your stand or whatever.

Household power can be tainted by refrigerators and other appliances, fluorescent lights, and digital components like your DVD player. This "dirty" power can come in the form of electromagnetic or radio-frequency interference and can shorten the life of your equipment.
Using Phase 2 PureFilter Circuitry with isolated video and audio filters, the PF30L cleans up this "noise" and provides clean power to all your equipment. This improves performance by eliminating potentially harmful problems such as popping and hissing in your audio and static and snow in your video. The PF30L has a total of ten outlets with one specially designed for high-power amplifiers.
Advanced Overvoltage and Surge Protection
The PF30L features built-in Advanced Overvoltage Protection that automatically disconnects power from your equipment when the input voltage reaches a dangerous level, and restores power automatically when the voltage returns to a safe level. The PF30L offers 4,720 joules of surge protection and guards against a 240,000 amp maximum spike current. In addition to power outlets, it also protects coaxial cable, pay-per-view/DSL/phone, and broadband Ethernet (RJ45) lines.
