I guess this gets the job done, but I didn't like that the screen cover was a separate piece of plastic that goes on the screen and that the whole thing has to stretch over the iPod. The arm band is ok - kind of wide though.
It's also a bit thick so I cannot attach my microphone to my iPod when this rubber cover is in place.
It's ok, and it will help to protect my iPod - just realize that it is a rubber case that you stretch over the iPod and that the 'screen cover' is a separate piece of plastic that sticks to your screen.

I have been using this regularly when working out, the velcro is holding up and so is the snugness of the sleeve is too. No complaints.
