Digital camera Review: Great Buy, Perfect for gamers!

While browsing at best buy, my husband and I came across these gaming pads and were intrigued.
We both play world of warcraft, and thought that getting one of these would greatly improve gameplay. However,
Best Buy wanted around 70 dollars for theirs, and it's the exact same thing! I would totally buy this again, We've had it for a little less than a month, and we've had no problems at all, installation was a breeze, and using it is simple, easy, and really does improve gameplay, plus my hand cramps alot less ;)

Over many years i've owned a few game pads and even a few N52s. My last N52's dpad was starting to get squeaky and the wheel was starting to have some problems. So I decided to upgrade to the N52TE, which I really like the new feel of it. The dpad feels better, the buttons feel better with less depression needed to register a key press, the mouse wheel operates better, and the button above the dpad seems easier to press (the n52's button seemed harder to click).
Outside of that my only gripe is the software which I havn't had much time to play with yet, but I preferred the N52 software over the N52TE software. I'm also not sure that the auto profile switching seems to be working correctly, but as I said I havn't spent much time trouble shooting it.
If you are looking for a gamepad this thing is the way to go, I recommend them to my friends all the time. If it's WoW, FPS, or really any game at all I use this puppy and I would never go back to a keyboard use for gaming ever again.

This gamepad is awsome. Fully customizable for any game. Saves a lot of missed keystrokes. The support site is kinda behind. From what I understand the non te version of this thing is very well liked by gamers and had great support and website, though I've never checked it out. Well most of the posts on the te forums were complaints about lack of improvment from the original. I guess they never tried taking the original to a different computer. The te can be used on any computer no software required, granted you have saved your profiles to the keypads onboard memory. I love this feature, and no the original has no onboard memory. At first the Belkin speedpad seems overwhelming and almost foreboding, however, after reviewing some setups on Youtube, I figured out how to set mine up the way I wanted it to work.
I simply set up Bartender addon to look just like the key configuration on the pad, and made the 01,06 and 11 to be shift keys that expanded the number of keys to 22 options. I could do more but for now its a great configuration.
Very comfortable for game play as well. Keys are smooth to push, and the dpad can be configured to work very well for motion if you disable the nw,ne,sw, and se movements.
The cosmetics are even better. If you're into the lights, its got 3 different lighting settings that also dual serve as another set of options, great for even more settings. Oh and you can save your options so when you travel you can bring the gamepad along and IT will remember your settings!
I havent used the macro fuction that can be used to create an ever wider range of options.
Nuff said, this speedpad is great for weekend warriors to arena and battlegrounds of all types.

I bought this mostly for first person shooters and it's been great so far... I can't say it's improved my gaming at all but it's MUCH more comfortable than using the left side of a keyboard.
