I bought 6 books from Handstands. I'm amazed at how much better my DVD storage looks. The vendor was incredibly helpful. I received one book damaged and when I contacted Handstands, they were so accommodating! I will DEFINITELY buy from them again as my DVD collection continues to grow.
I strongly recommend these books, and more so, the vendor based on their customer service.

Bought the three pack, and need one more.
I used each slot to hold the CD's book as well as the CD itself, and it filled out the book nicely, without needing more inserts. If you are using this for CDs only [no book] then extra inserts can be used.
I love them... finally, no tower, no shelf, no cases lying around everywhere. A comprehensive collection, and it looks damn snazzy too.

I ordered two of these a week ago, got them yesterday, and just ordered two more. I am using the binder for music CDs. It indeed holds 48, using both sides of the page inserts, without having to force or squash them in. Each slot will fit a CD and the jewel case booklet (insert the CD playing surface toward the back - there is a soft cushiony material there). I plan to put all my CDs in these binders. You can insert lists of songs or other info next to each CD, but I will just flip through the pages to find the one I want. The binder is easy to handle. They look nice, and free up lots of shelf room. The faux-leather seems durable, and doesn't look tacky. The binder is large, so I probably wouldn't use it to carry CDs around, but could, in a pinch. Just got two of them for $13.99 each with free shipping. Can't be beat on price. There are enough non-scratch inserts for 40 CDs or DVDs. It has a small profile compared to the zippered variety and will fit nicely and look nicely next to your books on the shelf. Stands firmly compared to the nylon variety. The binder rings are on the back cover and not on the binder like many other CD holders... it makes it great for opening and finding. Very classy looking. I can only hope that it will hold up to repeated openings... it looks sturdy enough.
