Digital camera Review: Not so great...and a big price too!

I thought htis was going to be hands down the best compact piece I would ever buy...WRONG...couldn't be less impressed with it!!! No adjustable sound quality and the bass is just way too heavy against the treble. I actually prefer to play my iPod at home off of a Logitech portable that cost $109, versus this at about $500! The Logitech is actually clearer!!! Bose offers NO options to adjust aything on this unit and they somehow made the assumption that the sound is just perfect, but it isn't at all, whetehr it's by a wall or not, makes no difference...I wish I hadn't bought this, it's crap! Man, I fell into the hype about the BOSE WAVE RADIO ~~...For the $$, it is NOT worth it. It is an overpriced radio. I say that because I have not gotten one cd whether a personal mix OR COMMERCIAL to play, in its entirety.
Each time I try, it skips or gets stuck. Oh, and when I purchased the multi-disc changer..that made the worst clunky and cheap sound when shifting between discs - IT WAS AWFUL! I returned that, but am stuck with a $500 radio.
The names of the tracks don't play across the screen as touted by BOSE. I would sell it if I could. I WOULD NEVER BUY another BOSE ITEM. In fact, I very well may donate this one to a church.
Now BOSE has a Wave radio with an ipod connector...Good Luck !!

I own a Bose Wave Radio that I bought way back in 1994 and it is still going strong today. I recently bought one of these and tried out for about a week. The inclusion of a CD player is nice but I was really disapointed in the sound quality of the unit when compared side by side with my old Wave Radio. Many people will be happy with the sound but as an audiophile I just can't get used to its different tonal quality. For $250-299 you can get the Sony LBT-ZT4: a shelf system that plays both CDs and DVDs; has a multi-disk CD changer; has a USB port as well as an IPOD dock; has the controls on the unit as well as on the remote; has a graphic equalizer; and has a more full, powerful bass response; all features the Bose lacks. What more can I say? The Bose is a nice table radio but a bad value at $499. At best, it's worth about $150.Digital camera Review: Unhappy

Ordered a Bose Wave System in Feb. Bose was offering a special promotion on the systems till March 09 ( FREE REMOTE ) . Received the Bose Wave System , but as of 3/20/09 I have not received the remote . I've written Bose and Monitor Outlet Inc . , and have NOT received any postive results.
I'm happy with the Bose's System but not with the fact that either company has not completed the order. I ONLY want what I ordered and paid for nothing else . WILL NOT DO BUSSINES WITH EITHER COMPANY AGAIN .
