I guess its reveiw time. I was thrown out on my but without a lot of notice and had to move in with a friend until I find a new place. I wanted to splurge and cheer myself up. I always wanted a bose wave. I absolutly love it. No matter how high I turn it up (not super loud though) it does not distort. I also like that the remote works from a wide variety of angles and the signal seems to go through or around certain objects. After reading all the negative comments posted about the Bose Wave Music System, I almost cancelled my order. Then I reminded myself that they do have a free 30 day trial. So I went ahead and kept my order. It arrived the other night. I plugged it in, fearing it would have all sorts of problems or sound absolutely terrible (the topic of many of those negative comments). I am so glad the item sent to my home is defective free! It sounds great. I love that it's compact. The CD's come out when I press eject. I have no problems with it not having buttons on the player. The AM/FM reception was fine. The remote is not so tiny that I can't press the buttons. It's not so big that it's an eye sore. I have no regrets. It was a good buy.
