Product is necessary for my printer. Used original printer cartridge for 19 months. I was using cartridge for about three months after my Brother MFC-7420 told me toner was low. Copies printed were still readable and good quality. Even after, I received the message that toner was completely empty, I felt I could have still used the current toner cartridge. I cannot actually rate the cartridge itself because I have not yet inserted it into my all-in-one machine. However, I can rate the service from Amazon and the Supplier as easy and very fast. Additionally, the price was fantastic....$30 less than if I had gone to the local office supply store. I will definitely order this way in the future! I was very pleased with the product. It was new, sealed and in the original box. This gives me a sense of ease knowing I am not using a refurbished cartridge...which I just don't completely trust.
The shipment was on time and no surprises. I would definitely use this source again for my copier needs.
