Make sure you use/test this cartridge before the 30 day period. I had to demand a full refund. We ordered this in anticipation of our printer running low on ink, but like others, you don't change the cartridge until you have to. Well, it was after the 30 day refund period. The cartridge was bad out of the box. Had a line that looked like letters right down the middle of our printed documents. Where is the Quality Assurance? This should have been caught at the MFG. As this was for a SOHO, what if I had needed it right away to print important documents. I would have been at a severe disadvantage.
