I thought I was going to save money by purchasing this cartridge. Unfortunately, I am spending more extra money on paper now. About every other page I print out has an unprinted 1.5 inch going across the page. It is very frustrating to keep reprinting to get all needed pages. I took a chance and it did not work out for me.

I bought this toner because it was the a good price.
When I received my new toner, no instructions were enclosed; as a 60+ woman,I need that.After about 1/2 hour or more, I finally was able to installed it.
I was disappointed in the print quality of my "new"Black toner. What was suppose to be 100% black, printed in shades of gray tones - from black to light gray.
Unfortunately, I had thrown out the shipping information and box or I would have returned it as defective.I would have liked to have known the return policy when I received this item.

The product arrival was timely, pricing was excellent. The cartridge works fine except for one small glitch: when the printer has been idle and I turn it on to print, the toner "skips" and misses printing in some sections on the first two or three pages, but then subsequent pages print without any problems after that.
