Make sure you use/test this cartridge before the 30 day period. I had to demand a full refund. We ordered this in anticipation of our printer running low on ink, but like others, you don't change the cartridge until you have to. Well, it was after the 30 day refund period. The cartridge was bad out of the box. Had a line that looked like letters right down the middle of our printed documents. Where is the Quality Assurance? This should have been caught at the MFG. As this was for a SOHO, what if I had needed it right away to print important documents. This toner did not work immediately on my Brother HL-2070N. After browsing online forums for a bit, I found a solution which involved unscrewing one-side of the toner, flipping a switch over, and re-screwing it back together. It worked fine after that. I ordered the two pack. I might have gotten 15 pages out of the first one I put in so I wrote it off as a dud. Emailed the company and got no response zero! I put the other one in and it did ok but still not the yeild that was claimed not even close. I thought it was something I did wrong until it happened to the 2nd cartridge too. There's hardly any toner in them. Stay away from deceptive merchants such as this one. Let's hope Amazon will stop representing them.
