Digital camera Review: "starter" drum not covered by warranty
Summary: 1 Stars
After 6 months, we developed a paper jam problem and also a bunch of extra ink blotches on our paper. As this product claims to have a 12-month warranty, we called Brother. However, Neil says that the drum is an accessory not a warranty part ($108). Give us a break! First and last Brother printer. Other Brother equipment has been good, but we probably won't buy another. - Zoe and Deb
