This drum arrived with toner particles on the roller. We called to get replacement unit which also have toner particles on it. Since my drum is not working so I have to use this drum. I needed a new drum unit for my network printer. Wanted to obtain the Manufacturer's product and not a second party product. Amazon was the cheapest place, with free shipping/no tax that I could find. The advertisement pictured a Brother brand drum unit. What I received was a generic unit. I returned the unit as it was not what was advertised. Amazon refunded the purchase price but not the shipping charge. The advertisement was misleading and I would not have ordered the toner and drum unit if they would have said it was a generic. My assistant tried to order this from local stores but, alas, no one carried it; or, if they did, the item was far pricier than Amazon had it for. So we ordered the drum unit from Amazon and, as usual, the service was impeccable, we received it in a very timely manner, even though this is a rather unusual, hard-to-find item, and it works perfectly. We also saved quite a few dollars. Thanks, Amazon!
