Digital camera Review: An excellent product

The features that I like best about this printer are first, the ease with which it is installed and second, the long lasting cartridge. We have two of these printers in our household. In the two years I've owned the first one, I haven't had to replace the cartridge yet. If all you need a good,reliable, inexpensive printer without any bells and whistles, then I'd highly recommend this one.Digital camera Review: As great as the price

Print quality is absolutely beautiful- you could do a black and white photo and put it up for display. It's relatively quiet, warms up in seconds and prints fast. It's apparently easy to get replacement toner and, although I haven't had it for long, seems to be a great quality product that will last. 5 stars for everything- except 3 stars for features because you can't print from the machine, etc, like a lot of the new ones, but it has a toner-save mode, you can pick your dpi's, and other stuff you can configure (easily) before printing.
One last thing: ***Buy a printer USB cable! It doesn't come with one!*** I did so it didn't bother me, but I can see how it can be a pain...
All in all, I'm very happy with it and I hope it lasts a long time, and if not, for this price, I'll buy another one. :)
Digital camera Review: Avoid at all costs -- broken after 7 months

Every so often it "cycles" on and off noisily. My HP printer at home is always on, but perfectly silent all the time except when it's printing.
Purchased in April 2008 and by December 2008, it refused to print, the paper was getting jammed for each page. Even when it was working it was not great. It was noisy as it cycled on and off. I didn't mind the cycling at work so much, but at home it would be very annoying. The solution is of course to turn it off when you're not using it. I also sometimes have problems when it wants to print from the manual feeder and will not change to the tray even though I manually changed the feed in the printer set up (this could be idiosyncratic to my office system). The manual feed is one page at a time and you have to wait until it "grabs" paper, so a 10 page document could take a long time.

I bought this printer about a month ago from here at Amazon. Previously I had had an all-in-one Lexmark printer, but I almost never used all of its features except for basic printing and the printer was always running out of ink. Since the ink was so expensive I decided to just get a whole new printer, and I decided on this one. I couldn't be more happy that I got this printer. First of all the cost is amazing. The total cost of this printer here on Amazon was the price of my ink cartridges for my old printer. Also, the print speed and quality of this printer is great. If you're unsure what laser printer to get, I would definitely recommend this one.Digital camera Review: Awesome for Airport Express

This is a great printer, excellent price. Works like a charm with my apple airport express, unlike many printers out there. One of my favorite purchases of the year.
