Somewhat easy to set up. Does make a bit more noise that the older one I had that "died." I am a senior citizen and this is just for home/personal use. I do not have a business. This printer is a duplicate of what 2 others in our law office use and you can't beat it for the price. This printer is a replacement for another Brother printer that had heavy use and was over 5 years old. After several years, it became necessary for a replacement drum. A new drum would be more costly than a brand new Brother laser printer at $69. The new printer took about 5 minutes to install, works perfectly in my home office. B&W only meets my needs. When I command "print", takes about 1 minute to warm up then prints OK, clear and legible. Great printer for the price. Just needed something to hook up to my new Macbook and my old printer wasn't compatible. Easily hooked up to my Airport Extreme Base Station and was up and running within 15 minutes. I can continue to use my old printer/computer combo for the fax/copy and color function which I hardly ever use anyway.Digital camera Review: Brother Printer
