I recently purchased a toner cartridge from the Factory Depot. I hear every few reviews here for Factory Depot about people not knowing where their item went. It turns out that Factory Depot opted for NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED as they leave the package in front of your house. I ordered the Samsung MLT-D105L - Toner cartridge - 1 x black - 2500 pages. Factory Depot in fact did not want to spend an extra $4 dollars just so that the package will arrive safely to you. My product got stolen as my neighbors saw an unrecognizable person go through my mail and running away with the package. Factory Depot does not want to refund me the money or send me another one because of the fact that they did not want to pay. Sadly Amazon or my credit card company will have to cover the burden and I will have to waste my time trying to get my money back. For everyone out there reading reviews and sharing knowledge about sellers, DO NOT BUY FROM FACTORY DEPOT!!!Digital camera Review: BROTHER PRINT CARTRIDGE

ALSO THE SERVICE FROM AMAZON.COM WAS EXCELLENT
ONLY ONE PROBLEM - THE PACKAGE DID NOT HAVE THE MODEL NO OF MY BROTHER LASER PRINTER. BUT I SENT AN E-MAIL TO AMAZON FOR CLARIFICATION AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT I COULD USE IT. AND IT DID !!
