I had tone print issues with the re-filled toner cartridge product on everything I printed. I spent a lot of time trying to fugure out the printer problem only to realize it was the re-filled toner cartridge that caused all my problems with printing. I'll only buy New from the manufacturer to ensure the highest quality printing. Quality..you get what you pay for
