I got this as a gift... first system was faulty and was sent for a return. The second system lasted 2 months and is now dead. I have not been sucessful in getting any assistance from parent company.
Summary of CTA Digital IP-HTS Grand Scale iPod Home Stereo System
The Grand Scale home stereo system is CTA's top of the line speaker system for the iPod. It features two satellite speakers each pumping two 2-inch high fidelity speakers and a dome tweeter that are enclosed in a sound chamber designed to maximize sound output. The heart of the sound is produced by an 8-inch high powered subwoofer which has a maximum output of 150 watts. Everything is controlled by the center console either by its manual controls or by the full function remote. The remote can play, pause, stop, forward, reverse, skip, change play modes as well as adjust the volume, treble, bass and mids. The stand has a cable management system to prevent lose wires and provide an attractive appearance to compliment any room setting. The base can be utilized by either placing it on the stand or on a shelf for optimal flexibility.
