This cable serves the purpose and is just working fine for me for more than a month. Now I can easily connect my Ipod to my car Audio through 3.5 mm Audio Aux. When I hooked up my Nano to my home stereo using this cable, I got no sound. Upon calling the company I found that the cable does not work with a 5th generation iPod Nano.
