This cord does exactly what it promises - it easily connects your iPod to your car's AUX input and delivers quality sound for a low price. My iPod (5th Gen) sounds just as good on my car radio using this cord as it does in its dock at home or through the headphones when I'm walking.
This is the second of these cords that I've owned. The first cord I broke - it was my fault, not a product defect at all. I slammed the console on the cord one too many times. I'm more careful now to make sure the cord is completely in the console before closing it.

This is perfect for linking your ipod to the auxilary jack in your fairly new car. The kids watch a movie on the ipod and get awesome sound with no clicks, hum, or interference.
