Although sold as "Satellite Levels", we use these levels (also called "Cross Check Levels") to ensure our worktables are perfectly level when we manufacture silicone molds for candle and soap makers. Any slant in the beginning of the process will be passed on to the final product ultimately cast in the molds, so it is very important that our tables are correctly leveled when we start. With this level placed in the center of the table, it is easy to see what corner(s) needs to be adjusted.
