I don't understand how people spend so much money for HDMI cables. These are great. I purchased six and it improved picture quality for all four of my 1080p LCDs. I bought three of these cables to connect an XBOX 360, PS3 and Upconverting DVD player to my HDTV. As expected the quality of video and audio over these cables is great. I watched HD movies on the 360 (HD-DVD), blu-ray on the PS3 and a DVD on the DVD player.
I do have a cable that was bought from a store for 10 times as much as these cables and there is no difference. So don't be fooled by in store sales men/women saying that their cables are far superior.

I ordered two of these cables (the 10 ft length) and they were delivered yesterday. I was waiting for one of them to use with a DVD player and LCD HDTV, after I'd "borrowed" the HDMI cable from my TV setup in the living room and found that it made a huge improvement in picture quality over the standard A/V cable I'd been using. Wow, even with a cheap DVD player - a Philips DVP5982 1080p Upscaling DVD Player - and a standard commercial DVD, there's a sharp picture on my VIZIO VO370M - 37" LCD TV - widescreen - 1080p (FullHD) - HDTV. The other cable I bought, will be used later this week when we finally get a cable box with HD for the second TV.
These cables are thicker than the HDMI cable that I already owned, which I think was packed with some piece of electronic equipment. Since the cables are new I can't comment on durability, but their size and overall appearance indicate quality construction.
The price for these here at amazon is such a good deal! Before I got clued in that stores - including big box stores that usually have decent prices - are engaged in a huge ripoff of consumers by wildly overpriced HDMI cables, I thought I'd found a great deal at Costco. It was a pack of two HDMI cables (12 ft) with a little squirt bottle of TV screen cleaning fluid and a tiny rag, for forty bucks. That's nearly three times the price I paid for two of these cables. Dude, you have to buy these cables. I used to believe that Monster Cables were the only way to go until I read a guide on hdmi cables on Cnet.com I will post the link at the end. I purchased three of these cables and hooked them up to my ps3, my dvd player and my hd cable box. These were hooked up to my tv in the living room. Now I have the same tv in the bedroom and I am running Monster cables on that tv. I have not seen any difference except that the monster cables look a little bit more professional but these cables are behind your tv and you will never see them so who care about what they look like although the cables to go cables look pretty good. There is no reason to waste you money on the more expensive cables. These cables will please you in ever way. They come with velcro straps and connector dust caps for when you are not using the cables. I highly recommend these cables. I was very surprised in the difference in picture quality... I am one of those who believes that the cables really dont matter cause thay all serve the same purpose, but in using this specific cable I noticed a difference. I was very happy with the purchase along with the price I was able to get this cable for. Now I pay a little more attention to the cable specs and details to see if I'll get the results I am looking for with of course looking at the price cause I guess we all try to get the best deal for the best price possible....lol
