When it comes to cables the truth is fiber optics and cables such as HDMI are more or less the same. When the salesman tries to sell you a $50 cable you should bail for the door.
Now at the price point of $9.95 this is indeed a great cable. It's made sturdy and will get the job done. There are 1.3 HDMI cables that will cost less then a $1 and they will also get the job done just as well but are not made as nice as this cable is. If the price point stays in the $9.95 range on this HDMI cable I'd say it's worth the extra price point, but I would not pay a penny more so while it's there at that price go for it.

If you buy any HD product in a store these days the sales person will eventually lead you over to the cable aisle. And you will be told that to get the best picture you have to spend a ton of money on a cable made by Monster. WRONG. You can have the same quality now using this cable at a 10th the price. Don't fall for the hype, this cable meets the same standards as Monster HDMI 1000HD Ultra-High Speed HDMI Cable (2 meters) do. I have used this cable with a PS3 with 1080p output and it looks just as good as my much more expensive Monster cable I was told to get when I bought my LG 37LG50 37-Inch 1080p LCD HDTV and PlayStation 3 80GB. So save a ton of cash and go with Cables to Go.

I've purchased HDMI cables that cost me well in excess of $60.00, and this cable appears to perform just as well as those significantly more expensive cables. This is a very good cable at an excellent price. I have it hooked up to my XBox360 and my HD Plasma TV. The video and sound are flawless, and there are no artifacts, jitter, freezing or other signal problems with this cable. The construction appears solid as well. I haven't had it that long, so I can't comment upon its longevity but it certainly strikes me as an excellent purchase at this point.Digital camera Review: Good HDMI Cable

Well a cable is sometimes just a cable. This HDMI cable from Cables to go is outstanding. It has nice tight end connectors and the quality of the make is fantastic. While I cannot see any differences in the quality of audio or video on my television, at this point it just doesnt matter. I expect this cable to last the life of my equipment, its just that good.
All in all you cannot go wrong with this cable from Cables to Go!
