Cables to Go makes great cables at a reasonable price. This optical cable delivers as expected and the shielding isn't overly stiff like some others so weaving it through the swarm of cables behind my entertainment system was a snap. No snags, pliable enough to bend and curve as needed with no added stress on the input connectors. Don't be fooled by ridiculously overpriced cables or scammed by dirt cheap inferior ones. I was not sure that a cable of this type would cost so less than the one at best buy, I mean, they are of the same size and type but the one at best buy is 35 dlls more expensive and they both claim they do the same thing.
Anyway, I was rather surprised and satisfied with the product. It is very easy to handle and store the excess lenght of the cable. It was easy to work with and set up could not be easier. Also, of course, the sound quality. I have a pioneer receiver and the first time I tried it, it worked great.
To this fate no complains with the product.

To be honest, I didn't know what this was for... my teenagers wanted it to hook up the basement DVD player to the basement sound system. For others like me: this is an 8' long audio cable that can be used to connect devices (TV, DVD, Blu-Ray, gaming consoles) to your existing home stereo system.
My teenagers report that the connections snapped in firmly, that the cable was long enough and flexible enough for their needs, and that the sound is excellent because it is carried by fiberoptics. I can report that it sounds fine to me (I'm no audio-phile though), it works as advertised, it was inexpensive, and the kids think it's cool.

Whenever I purchase a super inexpensive cable I always wonder if there is going to be something wrong with it. I was very please to find out that this was a great cable. Fits snugly, easy to route because of its flexibility, a great length (8ft vs 6ft), solid connectors, and a great price for a piece of fiber optic cable.Digital camera Review: Great Product
