I used this cable with my HDTV and Philips DVP5982 1080p Upscaling DVD Player. It's must better than other connections because I just had to plug it into the back of the DVD player and into my TV monitor. I was surprised to see a cable with so many reviews and a great price. Since we got our Panasonic plasma I was worried about all the accessories. Got it for our DVD link and the quality is great, better than our "other companent links". I havent compared it with similar cables from different brands so cant comment much about its quality over other competing cables. But overall best value for money, stop by any retailer and you will know it.
