When I attempted to install this cable, I got electrical arcs between the plug and terminal every time. There are scorch/weld marks on the cable and rear of my television now, and turning on my tv with it installed blows a fuse every time. I am using this cable to connect my KVM to my laptop and after two days of use, everything's great thus far. I needed the cable since my KVM is DVI in and out and my Dell laptop only has VGA and HDMI. No problems, seems to be a nice product at a good price.Digital camera Review: Exactly what I needed

This is perfect. It's probably about $70 cheaper here than in stores, and works great. Two solid, standard cable ends, one obviously HDMI and one DVI. Anyway, the cable is solid, has worked without a flaw, and also gave me great DIGITAL video quality from my Xbox 360. I emphasize digital because I hear that Microsoft sells a similar cable like this, but it is more expensive and it's signal is analog, which can cause more interference and can possibly not give the best possible quality. This cable on the other hand, does. Five stars. DEFINITELY worth the $7 dollars. On a side note, it shipped in about 3-4 days. :DDigital camera Review: Exactly what I wanted!

I got these cables plus a mini DVI to DVI converted and everything worked splendidly. I recommend getting the mini DVI to DVI through Amazon as well. Link here: Apple Mini-dvi To Video Adapter. I wanted to watch video from my MacBook(2008) on my Samsung 32inch flatscreen and it worked perfectly. I was hosting a Playstation LAN party and needed to use a couple of computer monitors in place of televisions. These cables worked perfectly for getting the HDMI video signal to the monitors (the DVI connection on the monitor won't carry an audio signal).
