Digital camera Review: It connects things...at a bargain price.

As with any other HDMI cable, it is used to connect two devices. In my case, it was an HDTV and an STB.
I can't imagine what a $100 cable could do that this one doesn't. The electrons go in one end and come out the other just fine. It appears to be well constructed and even has a nice nylon jacket to keep it warm on cool winter evenings.
Unless you feel the need to gratify yourself with some overpriced brand of cable, save some money and give this one a try.

HDMI is a digital signal carrier. Your cable doesn't have to be $100+ to be quality. All the shielding in the world doesn't matter with digital. I purchased this particular cable for it appearance. Like one reviewer said, these cables are very close to Monster cables. They look great if you're concerned about looks. I have this cable plugged into my PS3 going to my STR-DG720 receiver. Blu-ray movies look and sound just as they should from these cables.Digital camera Review: Nice cable

Cable works well, I see no quality issues. The ends are built from sturdy plastic. A solid, fairly inexpensive cable.
