The cartridge was delivered on time, which was good, since my starter cartridge ran out 2 days later! Although I expected the process to be messy, the installation instructions guided me thru the steps very clearly, and my hands remained clean to the end!! I've ordered this cartridge twice, and both times I received a Canon cartridge. They work just fine. What more could you ask for? I feel bad for anybody else who was not happy with their cartridge for whatever reason, but I cannot think of one reason why this cartridge is not the best possible product available. I am a working mom and an online student. I have the other major brand name black/white laser printer for about 3 years and its toner cost me fortune. However, this is my first time Canon toner purchase after the sample ran out. I actually shopped around before purchased from Amazon. I got a good bargain and the toner is really easy to install.
