I really like this little guy. Normally it is hard to get excited about a charger; but this one has a nice hidden wall plug that flips out to charge. It is small, light, well built, good status LEDs. An improvement over any of the dozens of other chargers I've had.
The Charger is well worth the money, (helps make up for the over priced Canon battery).

Nice, small, compact charger to keep my backup battery ready to use. LED lites show charge status and plug folds into back of charger, no wire to tangle. Highly recommended.

It does what it's supposed to do, it charges Canon BP series batteries. I have tried this with 3 different batteries (BP-807, BP-808, BP-819) and all charge fine. A must have item, if you plan on properly maintaining your batteries. Beware of imitations that don't contain the appropriate charging circuitry.Digital camera Review: It's a charger!

I mean, what can you really say about it? Place battery in charger and watch it charge! Very exciting. It comes in a large red box. The charger is small and should be easy to store while traveling. I don't understand why Canon does not include this with the camera. Well I do know, more money selling it by itself. A very useful item to have. Very expensive for what it is but what choice do you have. 5 stars for design of it but it loses a star for the price.
