Digital camera Review: Wow, strong battery!

Seemed expensive when I bought this battery, but now I know why...fully charged it lasts for a couple of standard tapes. No stress about the battery running out in the middle of something important. It is a very large battery compared to the Canon battery that came with the camcorder which is a small problem.
Very happy I bought the Canon brand. Had it for over two years and it is still going strong.

I purchased this battery 6.5 months ago. Used it for various functions and left it plugged in until about 3 weeks ago. It was unplugged but not used by mistake. When I plugged it back in it was DEAD. really dead and have tried to charge and took it to a camera shop to charge without any luck. Considering the original lasted 5 years I doubt this is even close to OEM.
