I placed order online on 8/2/08 and received on8/5/08. I found upon receipt that my order not what I thought I was ordering. I contacted adorama and tequested an RMA to return ink tanks. Adorama sent me a return label and I returned my order on 8/8/08, and received a credit on my credit card on 8/13/08. Using this in our Canon Pixma Pro 9000 printer. So far, have only used the Magenta & Photo-Magenta.
These are Canon branded cartridges with the proper chip to provide feedback to the computer as to ink levels. They don't leak as some other brands do. They provide crisp lines as needed and blend well with other inks.
We've used other brands in the printer, most leading to very poor results. After using the other brands, I will use nothing but the Canon inks in this printer.
I will definitely buy these again.
