I was looking for something that would be multi-function and not break the bank. It's great being wireless, as it eliminates extra wired stuff. The print is clear as ever! Scanning quality is GREAT!

I have had two other Canon printers before this one, and have been very happy with each of them! This printer continues my satisfaction with this brand! It can do so may different things, and the wifi printing ability is great! The picture quality when printing pictures is amazing! And, as always, I truly appreciate the fact that Canon offers printers with separate ink cartridges for each color! Makes it economical to use this printer! I've owned this printer going on 10 months now. I'm very happy with it - easy to set up and performs solidly. Printer cartridges seem to last longer than any printer i've ever owned. This is a great printer and so easy to set up. Someone was complaining about the password needing to be in all caps... don't know what he was talking about. My network password is all lowercase and has numbers and symbols in it. This printer accommodates the lowercase letters plus all the symbols. It was recognized wirelessly instantaneously by my Windows 7 PC, and I was up and printing wirelessly within 30 minutes of taking it out of the box. Also works great with iphone too. Couldn't be more satisfied and pleased with this printer. Very easy to get it setup on our WiFi network. As a test we took some recent photos we have had professionally printed and scanned them and printed them directly onto some of the sample photo paper that came with the printer. You couldn't tell which was which when we were finished. Very quiet and fast as well. Highly recommended!
