I was a full time RV'er when I purchased this printer. One of the reasons I purchased this particular printer was because of it's smallness. I needed something compact to travel with. It has turned out to be a great reliable printer. It's quality for photos is great. Now that I am no longer traveling I still can't see a need to update the printer. Wanted it for the motor home and for that, it was great. Expense of ink sort of negated by the fact that I never used up the ink in my other printer before it went bad.
