Digital camera Review: Canon Pixma iP90v Printer Exceeds Expectations

When working mobile with company configured equipment, I had been used to using an iP80 Canon Printer. After retiring and finding myself needing a printer for mobile use once more, I naturally looked for the iP80. Finding that it had been replaced by the iP90v I purchased it at a great price through Amazon. This printer works exceptionally well, performs all of the funtions that I wanted and fits in a small space (much needed when carrying on the road). The only problem it has is that the ink cartridges don't go a long way, but that is to be expected with a printer of this size.
I would recommend this printer to anyone who needs to carry on with them on the road.

I got this printer as a replacement for my HP450 portable printer. The Canon is smaller and operates better than the HP. It prints quickly and feeds properly (a problem with the HP). This is a great little printer for dragging around. I am a home inspector doing on site printing. The only drawback I see is that I get about 40 pages per black cartridge, however the tanks are cheap and small, I just have to carry several for when they run out. Other than that it is small, light weight, and works great. I print mostly text and mostly black, not any photos except my logos. I'm now at my 3rd Canon travel printer, and still very happy with them! I was looking for a wireless printer and for battery energy. Now I have both, Bluetooth which works perfectly well. I'm amazed about the longevity of the battery! Printing quality is perfect for my needs... This printer is great. It is compact but prints clearly and precisely. The colors reflect real life. It prints quickly and although the cartridges are tiny, they last a while.
