I had a I70 for 4 years and it work fine but I started having problems with the print head for color prints. I purchase a IP90v to replace the I70. I use it in my job. I move around a lot and the printer does a great job. Using the right paper the IP90v does a great job on pictures also.Digital camera Review: Great printer to take on the road.

I occasionally have to take my office with me on short trips. I'd been wanting a printer that could fit in my laptop bag along with the computer and associated cables and peripherals. This one fits the bill. It's quite compact and produces perfectly satisfactory prints. I've made a couple of photo prints (which are surprisingly good), but I use it principally for text. I don't know yet how economical it will be (cost of ink cartridges), but there simply aren't many portable printers that will produce full letter size prints as this one does. I'm very satisfied with the iP90v.Digital camera Review: Great printer!

I bought this printer because I wanted detailed and perfect color prints for my artwork. I have an HP photosmart at home, which is okay, but doesn't compare to the quality of the Canon. I also bought the battery pack for travel, but haven't used it yet. Beware, although this is a great printer, the box doesn't contain the cable required to connect the printer to a PC. And the product description doesn't make it clear that the cable isn't included, nor does Amazon list the cable as being a product most people purchase with this printer.
So imagine my surprise as I tried to set up this printer at my vacation home, only to learn from Canon support that I needed to drive to a store to purchase the required cable.
Otherwise, great printer.

I bought this printer so I could print out spreadsheets in the field. I love it!! Amazon had the best price, and it was delivered within the week. Good job people!
