I like the camera and did a lot of research before buying it. I didn't realize how handy and convenient and valuable the pull out rotating screen is. You quickly learn to take advantage of high and low shots. Amazon had the best price especialy if you take into account free shipping and sales tax ;-).
I am just a little disappointed in ths storage speed but I can live with it.
The camera arrived before the promised data.

I am very pleased with the camera. I really like the adjustable flip out display.When people are in front of me, I can turn the display down and hold the camera over everyones head and still see what I'm trying to photograph. AI've been using a Canon F1 all my life and was a little intimidated going digital. Fear not! The A630 is like carrying a bag of accessories for the F1. You should have some experience with photography to get the full benefit from the A630. If you're a complete novice you will have to learn a lot before you will be able to get the full benefit of all the camera can do. You have to understand the terminology. IN auto mode you will get nice shots while learning the rest.
I like the A630 very much.

This product is more user friendly than advertised. Pictures are very
professional. I love the cameral!!!! One very minor quirk, memory chip
that comes in new camera only holds 6 - 8 pictures and this is not noted
in the english language "How to operate" manual. With its new 2GB card it
is flawless. Consumers Reports was conservative in their praise of this
product.
