Digital camera Review: More trouble than its worth

This camera has the great zoom and works wonderfully in bright light, but has trouble focusing indoors or at any kind of close distance. The flash is a bit overpowering, so I try not to use it (i try to avoid flash anyway), but if you are trying to take a picture from 6 feet away forget it, because the picture will be washed out. I had a dinky little kodak easyshare that focused better than this one, but I wouldn't recommend one of those either. If you are willing to pay this money for a camera, it may be more worth it just to spring for the SLR. I wish I had.
