Digital camera reviews of Case Logic DVB-200 200 CD/DVD and 92 Liner Note Capacity (Black)Digital camera Review: DVD cases are very easy to work with Summary: 5 Stars
These DVD cases are very easy to work with. This purchase makes it up to 10 of these exact cases. We have almost 2,000 dvd movies and we keep our movies in these cases alphabetized. With these cases you can add and remove pages unlike the first ones that we purchased. With the other cases we had to take out each of the dvds and move them all just to be able to keep them in order. So with these dvd cases it makes life a whole lot easier to keep our dvds in order. The only thing with the larger cases is that theycan gt extemely heavy. Other than that we are very happy with our purchase and would recommend these to anybody else.
Digital camera Review: DVD holder that is good but not perfect Summary: 4 Stars
I liked this product as it provides a good way to store DVD's. The only problem is I would prefer if the insert sheets were all in clear plastic pages instead of black plastic so we can see the DVD's inside, not just the cover page. And, it would be helpful if it was easier to insert additional pages. Otherwise it is a good product, useful and looks nice on a bookshelf.
Digital camera Review: Does What It Does Summary: 4 Stars
It is a binder. It holds many DVDs. Does it hold 200? Well, that depends on how you're counting, actually. The pages have pockets on one side for liner notes and pockets on the other side for your DVDs. This comes out to one liner note per two DVDs. So, if you've several of those 2-DVD sets that seem to be the norm these days, then in the end you're only going to get 100 movies (2 DVDs each) in this folder. Simple as that.
Also, many DVDs just don't have liner notes. They might have a catalog of other DVDs from the same studio or maybe a slip of glossy paper with track listings, but that's about it. In those cases, you'll be wanting to slide out the wrap-around "cover" from the DVD case, fold it just so, then place it in your folder. Will this make unsightly creases in the "cover," should you unfold it back? Sure. But are you going to be placing the DVD back in the plastic DVD case, ever? If not, then why worry?
Long story short, if you're of a mind to reduce the space taken up by all of your DVD cases, then this is a very capable solution. A stack of DVDs as tall as the average human can be packed easily and safely into one of these binders and stacked on a shelf. It's not bad-looking, either.
Digital camera Review: Does the job! Summary: 4 Stars
The binder does everything I need. I was able to free up a lot of space. The only thing that is a bit annoying is when the binder is unzipped all the way, it's hard to zip it back up.
Digital camera Review: Does the job! Summary: 4 Stars
Not perfect but certainly helps with filing your DVDs. It could have been arranged better perhaps with alphabet tabs, but all in all, a nice product.
