I can't believe the negative reviews on this product...it is as if I received a different product than some of these negative reviewers did. First of all it fits my 30 g model perfectly. There is now bowing or flexing and the flip up hinged window stays in place nicely and functions well. The products I received were indeed the ones pictured, no question. The buttons function well in the case and I can hook up the dongle on the bottom and the headphones up top when the cover is on. And to the April 10, 2007 reviewer who said that the view stand is "permanently attached" you simply spread the arms slightly and this releases the stand so that it won't be "cutting into your arm every time you use it". (That is, assuming we both recieved the same products). I left the original screen protector on my Zen so I haven't used the screen protector yet, but someone had complained that their hinged cover got scratched quickly so perhaps the screen protector could be placed there??? Mine hasn't shown any significant scratching and I'm not too concerned as it flips up easily and conveniently for when I am viewing the screen... Otherwise it just functions to protect and that's fine by me. Overall, I am beyond pleased. Shipping was fast, reasonable to Canada.Digital camera Review: Pretty nice

The case looks good and serves its purpose. Once you put your Zen in, leave it in. Otherwise the case gets stretched out. To put the belt clip on, slide the piece in through the slits for the arm band. That way you won't stretch out the case putting the clip on.Digital camera Review: Protective? Yes. USEFUL..no!

Very good protection; a purposely done drop yielded no changes or injuries.
Thats IT for the good though: the adapter piece slips out VERY EASILY when you want to charge or add music. The flip up screen wont sit flush, which makes the rubber underneath stick up or it lays clumsily on top. There are no holes to let the natural light from the buttons show through.
..and most importantly..that FREAKIN BELT CLIP DOESNT WORK! It will NOT stay on. It doesnt even fit...the circle on the front of the belt clip is supposed to fit between the two side bars of the kickstand thing. The circle thing is not even big enough to touch both sides.
Buy it if you want that rubber protection; but if you want to strap it to something (like for exercise), it can only be your arm.
