Digital camera Review: A Good Value.

This mount is sturdy and very adjustable. The quality is a bit shoddy, but not enough to compromise functionality. I mounted an 80 pound plasma on it and it has strength to spare. The two cons I can mention are mounting depth and the wing nuts that keep it from tilting side-to-side. The TV sticks out about ten inches from the wall, and the wing nuts were of such poor quality that they stripped out and the ears broke off. That was an easy fix, so no worries. This was the first TV mount that I bought.
The installation process took some time because we needed to get the necessary tools. But besides that, the installation was pretty smooth... until we realized that we mounted it crooked. Fortunately, the mount allows some slight rotation, so we were able to fix our slant through that.
One thing to note for potential buyers:
Do you really need the extension? I bought this one opposed to a cheaper one because I thought the extension would have more uses. However, after you mount a TV, it pretty much stays in that one place, and I've never actually made use of the extension. So one regret is to have bought a cheaper, extension-less mount.

I recently purchased a 55" LCD to replace a 42" plasma in my pool cabana. This required a new wall mount for the larger flat screen. The Cheetah mount was a screaming bargain compared to the prior Peerless mount that cost 4 times as much. It is strong, easy to wall mount and even easier to get the flat screen onto the mount. The two articulating arm system is more robust but takes more effort to adjust the viewing position compared to a single arm system. The leveling feature works with friction washers so it sometimes needs to be adjusted if the mount as been moved around alot.Digital camera Review: A wall mount to beat all wall mounts!

I have had this wall mount for about 2 months and my family loves it. It pulls out almost 2 feet with no sag from my 46" Samsung LCD and the swivel is awesome. Now everyone can see the TV with no problem. The mount is made of SOLID STEEL. This thing could hold a rhino. Installation was a breeze by myself. The toughest part was trying to decide if it was high enough. Highly recommend!!
Side note: Reading the other reviews about the bolts I did buy different 5/16 lag bolts and did not use the ones that came with the mount.
Now a moment about the company that sells the product, Cheetahmounts.com. All I can say is that they ROCK!!! I ordered my mount and couple days went by. I checked the online status of delivery and it hadn't changed from "Billing received" on the UPS site. I called the company to see what this meant and the lady(forgot her name)told me that the label probably fell off the product. She said we'll send you another one 2nd day air and sure enough two days later I had it. Then I noticed that it wasn't the model I ordered and called them back. Once again customer service was outstanding. She said that the model I got,APDAM3B, is better than the one I ordered,APDAM2B. Which I believe after comparing the specs of the two. Then she says, "I noticed you didn't receive your original mount in two days. I'm going to refund your shipping costs". How great is that?? I have never dealt with a better business and will definitely go with this company again for my next mount.
