I don't understand the complaints here, this product is pretty awesome. I have a 69 lb LCD Samsung mounted with NO sag, and no stress whatsoever evident. My brother in law and I had it up and mounted in 1 hour flat, old house so it took awhile to find the studs. The articulating feature is really cool feature, especially if you have a big room that benefits from moving the TV to different angles. Once installed the wall mount is awesome - very solid and able to support more weight than advertised. However, the installation was really difficult because the instruction manual was atrocious and the labelling of the attachment materials was just plan wrong. Also - do NOT rely on the built-in level as it is also quote wrong. The separate level works great though. Overall, I would definitely buy this item again.Digital camera Review: BIG BANG FOR THE BUCK

Completely worth the cost. Fast ship. Easy to install. Fully functional as described. The viewing radius positions make this product superior to other designs. Articulation is better than described for me. My 42" Sony Bravia goes to the wall with minimal reachout. Recommend a silicone lube on the joints before installing and exercise them. If you just want your TV flat against the wall, this is the wrong product. But if you want to put your large heavy TV up in the corner of a room and tilt it somewhat then this is the unit you want. Oh yeah. It is better and more heavy-duty than it looks. If you install it correctly it will work just fine.
And this will allow you to find the jacks at the back of your TV if you get something new you want to plug in.
