Digital camera Review: A one-person-company. Uncompilable with Windows Vista nor Skype

Though I am a tech savvy and gave it over two weeks of trials, this adapter is not plug and play nor is it self explanatory. I had installed the provided drivers, researched pairing methods in general and skype specific. The connection is erratic. Some time Skype will crush, sometime windows needs to be rebooted after a call hand up to gain a lost bluetooth connectivity.
My last resort was calling the company. Don't bother. When I called the technical support extension on a weekday during working hours I was told there is no one to answer the phone and was directed to a personal voicemail. Then I called again and asked for the front desk, the same message repeted and I was directed to THE SAME persons voicemail again. Both messages I left with my contact details were not followed and I wasn't contacted back for allready the 2 days that had passed since.
Beware,my confidence was based on comments here at the product page in Amazon, backed by Toshiba drivers and brought me to believe this is a well established company.
