I have tried other services such as Vonage, and have never been satisfied till now. This was worth every cent spent and much less hassle then dealing with the unco-oprative people at Vonage. Plus you use it for both home line and Skype, and if you need any help, you get it STATE SIDE and don't have to wait for people in other parts of the world to try to 'UNDERSTAND' your problem... This phone works great. Installation is a breeze, operation is intuitive, and it packs in tons of features. I can check voice mail, create a message, whatever I need to do.
