I bought two of these keychains as gifts for my in-laws. I made sure I got them early so I could see if they worked on not. They worked just fine. I have XP on my computer and everything installed fine. Just a note - make sure the keychains aren't plugged in when you install the program. Then plug the keychains in, give them a second then click update on the keychains. Give it another second then double click the icon on your computer - it will then open. If you just click on the icon on your computer without hitting the update on the keychain, the program will not work! I installed the pictures easily (you can even crop them a little to make sure they fit in the little window right). These are awesome keychains for the price. This was a really cute gift idea. I'm not sure how well it held up since I gave them to people! I had bought another digital photo keychain before and I couldn't get the software to work on my computer, but this was really easy. I have a Mac. Worked great getting the pictures on. The quality isn't the greatest and you have to alter a lot of photos so you don't crop out people's faces, but overall it's a really cute little gift. I wasn't sure how this item was going to be being it was so inexpensive. The picture is not crystal clear, but very decent. I bought this for a birthday gift for my niece on her 12th birthday and she loved it. It is not top quality but a great gift for a young adult. I would hightly recomend this item!
