I read the reviews of many keychain products out there and found they all have +'s and -'s. I love good bargains so I went with this one. Like others, downloading the software wasn't as easy as it should be, but I followed the tips given by another reviewer and then it worked fine. Don't expect the clarity of pictures seen on your 17" computer screen to be the same on a 1.5" screen, but I think the clarity and colors are good for the size and what you pay. Great gift idea for mom's and grandma's!
