I am giving this item 4 stars because I gave these as gifts and they are liked by the receivers. I can only go by what I saw when my son brought the photo frame over and had me look at the pictures he entered. He seems to like it but the quality of the pictures weren't that great to me. Could have been the picture taker'er or the quality of the product, I don't know. I do know the picture is very small and I wouldn't recommend it to those that have a hard time seeing detail, but as I said my son likes it and that's all that really counts. NOTE: This was not as hard to add images to as I've read in other reviews. I believe the drag an drop method is sufficient to add your pictures. The photo display on the keychain may be a wonder to behold, but if I can't load my pictures it is a keychain, not a "photo" keychain. I saw nothing in the marketing to advise me DPFMate would not work on Windows 7. I can find no place online to get an update to Windows 7.
BEWARE Win 7 users.
UPDATE: I stand corrected and am happy to say I was wrong. I switched to another USB connection and the software came up fine. Now have my pictures loaded. Picture display quality is good in a dim light. A zoom feature would be very useful.
