Digital camera Review: Coby So-So

Small is good for the kitchen. Sound is cheap and tinny, no matter how much you adjust it. Picture clarity is too stark. Tried TV controls to adjust, still not very good. Too much contrast that I can't seem to soften with any adjustments from the Main menu. It's OK, just could be better with an upgrade in speakers and better picture controls. If I was buying again, would not buy this unit. It is for the kitchen counter, to catch the news/weather while preparing meals. Stuck with it for now. Price was a little high for what I received. Should have looked around more before I purchased. Sometimes this is what you get when buying from the Internet. You cannot see it or hear it face-to-face when buying this way. Took my chances on this and came up on the short end. Doesn't happen very often. Most Amazon offerings are better than this. I am very thrilled with this little television. It is perfect beside my sewing machine in a small, enclosed area. It is not an HDTV, but by doing automatic tuning, am able to get a good picture that is digital. I am on Cox cable for TV and internet. I'm waiting for December 17th, to see if it improves. So far, all I can get is channel 10, and the sound is very tinny. I didn't expect to find that it's a wide screen, which broadens faces, so that they don't look the way they actually do. It stretches out their faces sideways like taffy. The color may improve after the 17th. I certainly hope so, and hope that I can get other stations, as well. If not, I'll return it.
