I recently puchased this TV beause I needed cable ready small TV for my office. After reading the reviews I dcided to take a chance and I am very happy that I did. The only thing is that I can't figure how to slant the screen any or to take the base off to wall mount. Other than that I am extremely pleased. For best picture quality, use the S-Video input cable if you can.In the "personal"mode adjust contrast to 99 ,brightness to only 10 , color to 58, tint to 0 and sharpness to 50.I run my Direct TV Satellite Rcvr right into the S-Video Connection and the picture is gorgeous at those settings.It is "Cable-Ready.Digital camera Review: Frustrating failure

Hooked up the TV, turned it on, worked fine - for about 30 seconds. Never was able to get it to work consistently: sometimes briefly had sound and video only to see them fade into lines or fuzz. Definitely NOT a keeper - really doesn't deserve even one star!Digital camera Review: GREAT LITTLE TV!!!

The tv I received is perfect right out of the box! All elements, i.e. video, audio, housing, are great to me. There are numerous one-button adjustments on the remote control (full-size, which I really like) for video and audio, along with adjustments in the set up menu. I am very happy with this Coby tv and highly recommend it for smaller rooms like a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and den where the viewer is not too far a distance from the tv. If you're looking for a tv with a screen larger than 7" but smaller than 15", BUY THIS TV - IN MY OPINION, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.Digital camera Review: Good value

Solid little flatscreen TV.
We use it in the kitchen and have it on a swing-up mount for convenience.
Picture is not very customizable. A little over-saturated. Viewing angle is not great. We are constantly reaching over and readjusting it as we move around the kitchen counter and from stove to sink if we want to see what is on in its best quality.
The sound is ok. Plenty of volume, but not very good in the bass department (duh).
We have no over air signals in our valley, so only hooked up to analog cable. Picks up the qam signals - a plus. Haven't tried it with any other input sources.
We have had none of the performance problems that others have written about.
The only real problem is that as small as the screen is, most of the time the picture doesn't take advantage of the available real estate.
I'm looking forward to a future replacement that has much less bezel, more picture control, more aspect options, etc. Till then, this is just fine.
