Digital camera Review: A few notch above AMD stock heatsink
Summary: 4 Stars
With AMD stock heatsink my 955BE CPU always goes over 65C under load and was causing seevere BSOD under any attempted mild overclocking. I literally gave up on teh stock cooler and purchased Hyper TX3 and wahat a difference. My temps are now +10C over ambient at idle and less than +25 under load. Installation for AMD system is a breeze; no need to take out the motherboard. The cooler has weired behaviour though- during boot the fan starts then stops for a second or two before it goes on moving. Not sure why it is doing so.
