Digital camera Review: "Certified" - Its a Fake!!

I live in Chile (southamerica) and , when i was in USA, I bought this item thinking it is CERTIFIED, but it have failures, .. I installed it to my computer and it work fine but when i goes to take a SHOWER, or clean my hands, I allmost die electrocuted!!.. what was my surprise?.. the GROUND connector its connected to the Fase!!! so ALL MY HOUSE ARE CONNECTED TO FASE!. CERTIFIED?? WHAT KIND OF CERTIFICATION!??.
I wrote to COIRSAIR company and they just tell me "SEND THE PRODUCT TO THIS DIRECTION" with automatics mails, but the problem its that to send this HEAVY product to USA from Chile its more expensive that buy a new one!.
They dont give me solution, I lost my money, i will never buy a corsair product again, and I recommend to be really sure before buy a "certified Corsair" product.
