Summary: 4 Stars
Got the 32GB Flash Voyager 3-Jan-2008. Formatted NTFS. Stored a large collection of documents. Used the drive for continuously updated Thunderbird mailbox files and for source code development and compiler build directories. Kept 80-90% full during lifetime. Performance met expectations. Caused above normal read/write activity to the drive. Used in at least 10 different PCs. 6-Jun-2009 after safely removing the drive and later replugging to the same Vista PC the drive failed, no longer recognized as a USB mass storage device by Vista, XP, or Linux PCs. Internally contains 2x Samsung K9MDG08U5M PCB00 flash chips and a SM3 4G A87559 Taiwan USB interface chip.
